And oh my goodness, I am freaking out. I'm moody and semi-scared - not just of the surgery, but of being a mom. Well, there's not much I can do at this point other than ride the wave. I'm sure I'll feel much better later, but oy, right now.
I've only been a c-section spectator, so I admit I may have a slightly different perspective on this - but I thought it was really interesting and cool. My friend didn't seem to be in any undue distress (considering) and the baby was beautiful and had a perfect head. :-)
Good luck - be well, and enjoy it as much as you can. You'll be great parents.
